NEW ROAD Construction Management Company, Inc. was engaged as the Construction Manager on the 2015 $10M Referendum Project at Burlington Township Schools.  This multi-year, multi-phased project consisted of work being performed at the High School, B. Bernice Young Elementary School and Thomas O. Hopkins Building.

2016 Projects – Work at the high school included resurfacing the track and resolve field drainage issues.  At Thomas O. Hopkins School 3 gang toilets were rebuilt along with the front parking lot replaced and at B. Bernice Young a partial roof replacement along with renovation of 2 gang toilet rooms.

2017 Projects – Work at the high school included repaving parking lots, Phase 1 of a roof replacement and renovations to the kitchen and cafeteria.  At Thomas O. Hopkins school the gym floor, bleachers and wall pads were replaced and at B. Bernice Young the entire site was repaved along with the gym floor and bleachers being replaced.

Proposed 2018 Projects –Phase 2 roof replacement at the high school, replace gym floor, bleachers and wall pads, interior finishes at the Performing Arts Center.
