NEW ROAD is providing construction management services at Community Middle School, the project includes two (2) additions and renovations. The first addition is a 1-story with 22,100 SF, to be used for new gymnasium, locker rooms, main office, nurse’s suite expansion and new child study team office. The second addition, to contain 37,800 SF, will be a 1-story addition for a new media center and a 2-story addition to be used for science labs and classrooms.
